SCAN. REPORT. RESTOCK.
Restopli for cleaning companies
When a cleaner notices the last roll of paper towels, the message needs to reach the person who buys supplies. Restopli gives that report a shared place, tied to the material and the location where it is needed.
Explore the demonstrationA label where the work happens
Create separate items for the same supply in different locations: trash bags in the first-floor closet and trash bags in the reception storeroom need their own labels. Place the correct QR beside the shelf or container.
The person on site scans the label, chooses running low or out, and can add a short note. The QR report does not ask for a name or email; the manager uses a protected account to follow the queue.
One request, even when several people report it
If two cleaners report the same labeled supply, their reports group into one active request. An out report can increase urgency. A new report while the supply is already purchased stays with that request instead of opening another purchase cycle.
Make the handoff visible
- To buy: the purchase owner reviews the material, location, urgency and notes.
- Purchased: the order has been placed by the responsible person outside Restopli.
- Received: someone confirms the delivery and closes that replenishment cycle.
Try a small supply area first
Start with a cleaning closet or one client site. Label frequently requested materials such as gloves, bin liners, paper towels and soap refills. Agree on who reviews requests and who confirms receipt, then test a complete cycle before adding more locations.
What the reports tell you
Restopli records human replenishment signals. It does not measure physical stock, calculate safe chemical quantities, buy from suppliers or guarantee that a material will never run out. Keep your purchasing rules and product handling procedures in place.
