Know what to restock.

Put a QR label beside your shared supplies. When something runs low, your team can report it from a phone. One board shows what needs buying, what's been purchased, and what has arrived.

Anyone with the label can report without an account or app.

How it works

From shelf to restock.

  1. Label the shelf

Add a supply and its location, then print a QR label to put beside it.

  2. Scan and report

Choose running low or out, add a note if needed, and send the report.

  3. Buy and receive

Mark each request purchased and then received. Its history stays together.

Restopli features

Everything you need to manage replenishment.

Start with the supplies you use today. Keep requests, purchases and the records behind them together as your workspace grows.

Organize your supplies

Start with a blank workspace or sample items. Set locations, categories, units and instructions. Import items from CSV with a preview, or search, add and edit them individually.

Manage and print QR labels

Print a label for each item and location. Reprint labels when needed, replace a QR code to deactivate the old one, or archive and restore items.

Report from a phone

Scan a label and report low or out, with an optional note. The workspace owner can also log reports from the dashboard. Repeat reports are grouped, and an out report can raise urgency.

Track requests in a list or Kanban board

Search and filter requests by location and see what's urgent. Move requests through Needed, Purchased and Received by dragging on desktop or tapping on mobile. Send a purchase back to Needed when plans change.

Prepare your shopping list

Print a list of items still to buy, grouped by location, with filters and notes. Keep supplier links private to the workspace owner and opt in to a daily email summary of open requests.

Keep history and export your data

Review past requests and workspace activity, export history as CSV, or request a full or selected workspace download that is prepared in the background.

Set your account preferences

Use the workspace in English or Brazilian Portuguese. Verify your email, recover access when needed, and choose whether to stay signed in on your device.

Find help and manage your plan

Search FAQs, open a support conversation, or send feedback and suggestions. Planned U.S. subscriptions include a billing portal and self-service cancellation.

For teams that share supplies

Keep everyday essentials on the list.

Follow cleaning products, break-room supplies, shop consumables and gym essentials through the same routine.
