From a shared shelf to a shared request
- Label a supply: add its name and location, then print the QR.
- A colleague scans it and chooses running low or out, with a short note if needed.
- The purchase owner reviews the request, arranges the purchase and confirms receipt.
Try the kitchen or stationery cupboard first
Start with paper towels, soap, printer paper or another frequently requested supply. Use separate labels for different kitchens, floors or storage areas so the purchase owner knows the destination.
Is this a full inventory or procurement system?
No. Restopli organizes human supply reports and replenishment status. It does not count physical stock, value inventory or place orders with suppliers.
Does a colleague need to share personal details?
The public QR reporting form does not require a name or email. Managing the workspace and purchase queue requires the responsible person's protected account.
US monthly plans
Start with one supply and one location.
Every plan includes all features and Kanban. Choose by the number of active QR labels.
New accounts get one 7-day trial with a payment method provided securely in Paddle. Monthly renewal starts automatically after the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid a subscription charge. Creating an account alone does not start the trial.
