SCAN. REPORT. RESTOCK.
How Restopli works
Restopli connects the person who notices a missing supply with the person who handles replenishment. Scan. Report. Restock. Follow a clear request from the shelf to confirmed delivery.
Explore the demonstration1. Create your supplies and locations
The manager registers each material and where it is used. Add a category, unit and instructions if needed. A material in two places gets two records so the team knows which location needs attention.
2. Print the right QR label
Print the item's label and put it beside the material. Its QR opens the reporting form for that item. Replacing a QR invalidates the old label, so replace the physical copy too when you rotate it.
3. Scan and report
The person on site chooses running low or out and can leave a note of up to 300 characters. The public QR form does not require a name or email. It reveals the item's reporting context, not the private management dashboard.
4. Follow one shared queue
The manager reviews requests in the list or Kanban view. Repeated reports for the same item join its active request. The manager marks it purchased after arranging the purchase, then received after checking delivery.
Start with an illustrative example
Open the homepage demonstration to move an example request from to buy to purchased and received. It is a visual demonstration and does not create purchases or send reports to a real company.
Common questions
- Does it count inventory? No. It records what people report; it does not measure stock on the shelf.
- Does it order supplies? No. Purchasing stays with the responsible person and the company's supplier process.
- What happens to repeated reports? They group into the same active request, including while it is purchased.
- Can different locations use the same item name? Yes. Each location has its own record and QR so the destination stays clear.
